Step by Step Instructions:
Cut as many strips as you need for gift tags to 3” x ¾”
1. . On one end cut into the middle, then cut from one corner at an angle into the center of the middle cut. Repeat on the other side. This will give you a flag.
2. Punch hole in corner Run string from kit through it. Use thin white string to tie around the decorative string from the kit. Tie the bells at each end. Place them high up and cut off extra string.
3. Pick your images and color them with Pencils or Markers. I used Copic Markers. Attach to paper flag double sided tape.
4. With a colored marker write to and from.
5. Decorate with the enamel dots
