Whimsy's Penguin Flies

Hello and welcome to another Whimsy Stamps day with Rhea.  This time I am using a digi stamp called Penguin Flies

I fussy cut the image and used the Basic Stitched Ovals Die Set to create the frame and the sentiment manner.  The sentiment came from Whimsy Magical Birthday Wishes.

What a great birthday card for a boy or a girl.  Depends on what color the balloons are, right?
