Sweet Birthday Wishes

Hello, I hope you are having a great holiday weekend!  I can't believe summer is coming to an end!!  It's gone by so quickly and in just a few weeks the leaves will be turning into beautiful colors and we will be in sweaters again...sigh.

But in the meantime I am still into bright and summery colors.  Like these I used for Sweet Birthday Wishes.  Here is Maxwell from House-Mouse Designs®.  He's had his cake and enjoyed it too!  This image is available in cling mount from Stampendous.  7 Kids College Fund carries the whole line of House-Mouse Designs® in cling.  The card is designed as a pop up using Karen Burnisten Lucy Labels Pop Up.  I love, love, love these dies!  They make beautiful card designs.

You're Co Cool - 7 Kids College Fund

Isn't this a perfect image for mid Augutst?  I hope everyone is keeping cool in the summer heat.  Here in the Finger Lake Region of New York it remains wet and cool.  I actually wore a sweat shirt earlier this week.  Can you believe the heat kicked on a couple of mornings!!  Wow, is all I have to say.

Zombie Eli - C.C. Designs

Happy Wednesday! 

Today is a little zombie humor..."Zombies are looking for BRAINS.  Don't worry, you are safe"

snicker, snort!  That one isn't mine but I love it!!!

I am excited to share I have joined the C.C. Design Family with Rhea's Twisted Side Sentiments.

Those that know me know I am rarely serious.  I'm probably the biggest goof ball around.

Hubs just shakes his head tells people life with his wife is never boring.

Each month I will release a few twisted sentiments and maybe some sets.  It depends on my mood :)  So stand by to see what pops out of my brain...(It may not be much)

Here is Zombi Elie.  I think death by stun gun...she has that look about her.

The background was fun to color.  Lots of dots in the same colors as her skin...YG11, BV20 and BV23.  Then I dotted with blender pen to displace some ink and outlined it with .03 multi liner.  With a .8 multi liner added more dots.  I kinda like it.
