Autism Speaks - May Arts Ribbon Blog Hop

I am excited to participate in this special Blog Hop with May Arts Ribbon.

You could win 3 spools from our blue ribbons
just comment on each blog along the way for a chance to win :)

To create these puzzle pieces was fun and messy :)  Cover puzzle pieces with gesso and let dry.  Spritz with Copic Blending Solution then quickly put drops of Copic Refill colors on each one.  I used 3 colors on each piece.  With my air compressor I moved the ink around until it dried.  That's all there was to it.

The mat in the frame is covered in 5/8 Inch Denim Ribbon  with an extra piece scrunched on the outer edge.

here are the Ribbonista's playing along today:
make sure to comment along the way;
Did you know?  An estimated 1 out of 54 boys and 1in 252 girls are diagnosed with autism in our country.  Studies are suggesting these numbers are increasing 10 to 17 percent each year.  There is no explanation as to why this continued increase is happening.   Wow...
You can give in many ways to Autism Speaks.
