Halloween Kiddos - Stampendous

Hello, Rhea here to bring you a fun last minute halloween card.  This week with Stampendous we are showcasing our Halloween Kiddos.  I also wanted to play with the awesome Haunting Background Stamp.

To create the Haunting Background I air brushed a little BV17, V08, YR16 and YG17 on GLOSSY PAPER.  Then spritzed it with alcohol.  The alcohol causes the ink to "run away screaming"  Pretty fitting being that it is halloween :)  After the paper is dry stamp image with Archival Ink.  Now you are done.

Next just color your little kiddo.  Here are the colors I used.

Sunflower Ladybug

Hello,
We are ending the week with a big Stampendous blog hop.  Thank you Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L!

I've been doing Scarecrows, pumpkins and halloween mice.  I thought it would be nice to do a little Sunflower Ladybug.

Colored image with Copic Markers add old Graphic 45 paper, a canvas fence and cheese cloth for texture with a Sentiment from Stampendous Friendly Phrases and lots of layered card stock.

I did keep with the warm colors of fall which are my favorites.  Here is a color palette for you :)

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L was generous to send the Stampendous Design Team lots of product to use.  Since this is a big blog hop there are prizes!!!  In order to win you need to play along and leave a little love on each blog.   A random winner will be chosen and it could be you.  Here is a blog hop list for you :)

Rhea Weigand...this is me

Monica Butterfly

Hello,
This week Stampendous is hopping with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L I am here with another adorable House Mouse Design®  for Stampendous.  Here is Monica Butterfly.  She is all dressed up for Halloween and ready to go trick or treating.

Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L was generous to send the Stampendous Design Team lots of product to use.  I have to say, their tape runners are great.  My biggest worry is using a tape runner and later having the layers fall apart.  I actually made this card during last summer and it is still all in one piece.  Trust me....I tried to pull the layers apart and the paper started to rip.  So, I can say Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L makes really great runners.

Here is the color palette I used...

Here is who is hopping today...lots of inspiration going on :)
Don't forget to leave comments on each blog.

Rhea Weigand - hey, that's me

But wait...what's a blog hop without prizes!  Make sure to stop by Stampendous Blog to see what you could win by leaving comments on each blog this week!

Monochromatic Mudpie

Hello,  this week Stampendous is showing House Mouse Designs Halloween.  Here is Mudpie done in monochromatic with a pop of color.

Mudpie wearing swiss cheese for halloween is perfect!  His brother Maxwell blames a piece of swiss cheese they were racing for which caused Mudpie to get this nick.  He says his little brothers ear now looks like a piece of swiss cheese.  What characters House Mouse Designs have created.  I love them all :)

In this card I created a mask to emboss and pop up Mudpie.  I was difficult to really show it in the photo.  You will have to make one so you can see how adorable it really is :)

I will see you next week :)
