Ok, remember the duck I colored live from Sassy Cheryl a couple weeks ago?  Well here is the finished project!

I used a Lawn Fawn Die to cut out two centers and the background frame.  You can watch me color the ducks here.  I decided to fussy cut them.  Then with the second background pice I used a template I die cute from my cloud border die.  I used Broken China Oxide Ink and a finger dauber.  Then I decorated the outside of the frame with Nuvo drops and a Green Multiliner.
