May Arts and Core'dinations Week

Welcome!  This week the May Arts Ribbon design team is playing with Core'dinations.  We have some wonderful inspiration lined up for you with a week long blog hop!  You'll want to make sure to visit the May Arts Ribbon Blog for daily updates.  There is also a hop line up below :)

I used Core paper and Spellbinders Basket weave embossing folder to make the background paper.  After embossing the paper I sanded it with Core'dinations sanding block.  Then inked with Distress ink in Gathered Twig.  I used a half circle die from By DIEzyne Dies.  The flags were made from May Arts Ribbon - 1.5" faux burlap ribbon.  The sentiment is also ribbon!!!  Yes, May Arts has sentiment ribbon!

I really enjoyed making this quick and easy thank you card with Core'dinations and May Arts Ribbon.  It's easy to get texture in all elements of any design when these two companies team up.
