Covered Bridge from Dove Art Studio

Hello!  Today I wanted to share another card I made with the NEW Dove Art Studio Stamps.

"Covered Bridge" is so amazing to color.  

You can color it up for any season. But for this one it is

just summer.  

I did a lot of "Tip to Tip" coloring on the bridge.  This was the best way to get it to look weathered.

To do tip to tip is pretty easy.  Simply touch the tip of a lighter marker or a colorless blender marker to a darker color.  Lightly sweep where you want the color.  Clean nib by coloring on scrap paper until other color is gone.

For this project I used a blender marker in some areas and W1 in other when doing the tip to tip.  I wanted to displace all other colors used to give it even more of a weathered look.  I T2T with E18, 19.  When I was happy with this result I then lightly went over the entire bridge with W1 and W3 in 

some areas.  This helped make it look even more weathered.  For the shadows I used W5
