Wings - Mixed Media

Hello and welcome to a little mixed media inspiration with one of the NEW DOLLHOUSE Images, "Wings."  She when I was coloring her she just spoke to me for a small mixed media piece.

There is seriously so much yummy goodness in this project I wouldn't even know where to begin explaining how to create it.  I used Faber-Castell Gelato's to create the background with just a damp brush.  Then I added their Glaze Medium to seal it.  Next came the MFT Brick Stencil which was inked on with browns and gold.  I stamped a few flourished and postage marks here and there with staz on.

Next came the flowers.  The burlap flowers I made with May Arts Faux Burlap Wired Ribbon and Spritzed with Prima Sprays.  I continued to add additional flowers here and there.  To give a little meta I added gears.  To add texture I used seed beads, fran-tag elements from Stampendous.  I used Faber Castel Glitter Medium to add some shine and glitz to the flowers.  Then sprayed everything with Tea Stain spray from prima.

That's it for the most part.  I fussy cut the image and nested her into the flowers.
