I made a little something special for this weekend. As you're probably reading from me on FB and here in my blog, I am trying to learn to create Clean and Simple. Designing Clean and Simple is not as easy as it sounds! At least not for me anyway. I love details. Not only in my art but in life as a whole. I will never give up my love for Vintage or Shabby Chic or Mixed Media.....I am just adding this to my abilities. I am not quite there yet as I have to many elements and layers. Give me time, I will get there. LOL
Now, here is something a little special! A couple of months ago when I was visiting my friend and mentor, Jennifer Dove, she showed me how to make awesome clouds with a paper towel and air brushing! I was like...."SHUT UP!" I'd seen her clouds on things but just thought she had too much time or was bored or something. I had no idea she did them in like....2 minutes! Jennifer has also done a tutorial on these super fun clouds which you can find on her blog as well. She has used this technique for sandy beaches too. To go to her blog click HERE

I've used torn paper and sponged ink, but never tried this with paper towel and my the airbrush!
