I'm back with another design for Little Darlings Rubber Stamps. "Crisscross Applesauce" is one of the new releases from Beautiful Gorgeous 2014 Saturated Canary.
I did a stand up card for this design. The finished card is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2
The flower is 1/4"sheer ribbon wrapped several times and tied off in the center. Clip the loops and heat on a low temp heat tool to make the little pieces shrivel and curl. It was then air brushed with
R24 to match the the dress.
COLORING TIP:
Use browns to deepen the shadows of reds.
Use Toner Gray to deepen the tones of blue greens.
Try this instead of adding darker colors of the same family.
It will give you rich color that isn't too high contrast looking.
It is also easier to blend :)
