Are you ready to play along with us?  Our challenge is...
Glitter!
lots and lots of glitter

We are kicking off our new fun filled and easy challenge and we hope you play along!  You can win a $20 gift certificate to the 7 Kids College Fund store.  There are a few simple rules so be sure to visit the challenge blog to check them out.  

Now, pull out your glitter and lets make some cards sparkle!  Here is what I came up with to help get you started.




For the background I covered a piece of black card stock in sookwang tape and laid my die cut "Expandable Pattern Die from Spellbinders"  over the top first.  Then sprinkle with Silver Halo Mix from Stampendous.  I have to tell you the photo does not do it justice :(  It really is beautiful.  I almost stopped there but then I had the idea of popping out the butterfly so I ran another die through and cut out only the butterfly.  This butterfly was covered in blue, green and purple glass glitter from Stampendous.  Because it was so heavy and I wanted the butterfly to be dimensional I let it dry face down.

Oh, Rhea, how beautiful! Love how the butterfly appears to be flying out of the card! Way cool! Love that gorgeous background you created, as well as the pretty bow! :^)
